The chance to get a Epic rarity gem at these spawns in HR are actually 25%, not 14%, so this is a 25x increased chance, not a 14x increased chance! What is very interesting is that these set gem spawns at these modules in Inferno or Ice Abyss have a 1% chance to drop a legendary gem, regardless if in normals or HR.
I found a legendary emerald gem in crypts maybe 3 weeks ago. I believe it was one of the ornate chests or perhaps it was a coffer. Only chests that I open and it was out in the open
Trust me is going to kill bis. I dont care not getting the maximum amount from gems its just worth enough to dont care about bis. The cost of a bis comparing in what is going to cost gem your weapon is going to be enough to say worth it to the gems instead of buying bis.
Thats the whole point, making BIS gear easier to get for casual players. So maybe we see drop in prices which will lead to appear BIS items in the marketplace instead in some dubiose discord trade servers.
The gem'd rolls won't be able to roll max rolls. at 4:24 Odin explains this. From his description, If i were to add a gem to a spellbook that would grant it magical healing, it will probably be +1-2 magical healing, and a max roll of +3 would not even be possible.
