As far as dairy is concerned, healthwise full fat ones are better than low and non-fat. I am not suggesting eating a whole block of cheese; rather opt for full fat Greek yoghurt, skyr or cottage cheese compared to the non-fat and not just for digestion issues. As for vegetables, anything cruciferous and leafy I approve. Autumn is ending and winter's about to begin, so it's time for lettuce and cruciferous for me; I stick to seasonal stuff when it comes to vegetables and fruit.

lol they are store brand chicken breasts which are usually always this big. The commercially farmed chickens are usually confined in a small space as opposed to free range and organic ones which usually makes them bigger in size

Does Aldis and other supermarkets take EBT!? Ive been homeless for 2 years and have been out of loop of grocery shopping that I almost forgot 😭
    4200 Calories
    210 Fat
    420 carbs
    210 protein a day
Is this a good macros or is it just me trying to convince myself that 420 is the answer to bulking!?
Thanks for reminder about oil being high in calories 💪🏻🔥👊🏻

People need to stop just going to their local grocery store and paying more.
He went to a more budget friendly store that has more store brand stuff. If he went to a Kroger or neither that would’ve been probably $90-100

$80 a week for a college student is insane for one person. I'm a grown man and don't spend 80 a week on groceries.

@muscleandstrength ya professional body builders. If you are broke there are a lot cheaper ways to go about eating. Saying 320 a month on groceries for one person is a really privileged perspective.
