The proper way is to reach _around_ and pet them from behind, petting the back of the cats' neck & shoulder blades first, & then pet them on their head. ~ ~ Also the clip at 3:35. That cat is terrified of whatever's behind the camera that we can't see. Maybe the person filming it was wearing a mask (Halloween) or something? Idk but I don't like it when people intentionally scare cats, just for laughs. It isn't funny. ~ Also the clip at 8:35...person with a closed fist sticking it in the cats face. smh

Cats behave like this when you teach them that you're afraid of their claws. My cats know who's in charge around here and they don't get aggressive with me. I don't treat them badly (in fact I probably spoil them) but they don't think I'm afraid of them, so they don't think they can be the boss.

The Majority of Cat owners need to realise that a cat has to be fed small amounts of food three or four times a day. Plus, stop feeding them Supermarket wet food; they will die young. Feed them different cuts of meat and fish. They eat so little that most people can afford to feed them properly, and never 'Nibletts', which will slowly kill them
