I actually love this one... perfect design and very spacious.. love the bedroom with the little side tables behind the closets... but also the privacy of it.. the bathroom is really nice with great counter and medicine cabinet... The pantry is also one of my favs... all around this one rv is top of my list...
Aesthetically, it's a beautiful camper. However, I'll harken back to when I had the Puma (basically the same Forest River camper with a different name) 32RKTS. It was laid out very similar, but had storage cabinets above the recliners and above the sofa and dinette. That extra storage did come in handy, and the lacking thereof might prove to be an albatross. Just like the Puma, a washer/dryer closet was available, but none of my customers (I'm an RV sales rep) ever used it for that purpose. My Puma was from their first run of that flooplan, and had the full frontal closet, which did come in quite handy. Furthermore, my Puma had the bedroom slide that had shelves on either side of the bed, which came in quite handy to place a cell phone, remote, glasses, and tissues for easy reach. I'm skeptical of the slides. Yes, weight is reduced, but at what cost? Cable it cable, and I've never liked it (nor have I liked Schwintek). You simply can't beat a ram slide (again, found in the Puma). Ram slides are incredibly reliable, and I've never seen an issue with one, despite dealing with 1,000's of campers. My current camper, a Connect 241RLK has a ram slide, and I never have to worry about it. Let's talk tires. 14" D-rated tires are just asking for a blowout. How much more expensive would it be to place 15" E-rated tires on that size of a camper? Overall, I love the floorplan, but do see some issues that might be addressed as production ensues. Unfortunately, Forest River always brings the ball to the 1 yard line, but rarely gets it over the goal line.
I just showed this to the Bestest half, she really loved the Vibe at the Dallas RV show in 2023 @ Cowboy Stadium. This is 100% better looking. ME? I like it when the Stove top is not against a wall or cabinet.
The D rated 14” tires and 7900GVW tells me this unit has undersized axles. 5 on 4 1/2 bolt pattern tells me 3500lb-4000lb Dexter axles. Which is way undersized and little over head. Example, my jayco 264bh runs 6,000GVW 1500lb cargo capacity and dual 3500lb axles.
Nice new look for the vibe. This layout isn’t for me but I would entertain a look at the Vibe floor plans for 2025 to see if they have something that would suit my needs. For me the best feature inside is the bathroom, perfect for this size RV & better than some larger RVs I have seen. Another great video!

I love the square windows and the new style of blinds that they are using! Can you full time in this Vibe 2600RK? I like all the space you get on the inside of it. I like what Vibe is trying to do. Thinking outside the box and trying to do things a little different. My first thought is it looks like a drop frame up front? Tongue is super low to the ground. With a camper that size, gonna have some clearance issues. Especially when running 14” rims.
This is a really nice unit. The huge windows are the defining feature here, the color pallet is tasteful, fairly roomy for the size. I'd like to have seen a microwave, a somewhat bigger fridge, and the bathroom, while fine, could be a little bigger. But overall, there's not whole lot to complain about. A 3/4 ton truck would be ideal, but if you have a properly spec'd half ton, and only a one or two people, it should be doable.
Regardless of slide system do not buy if it has cables been there and done that. Lemon law and attorney took several months to unload that turd with a cable slide. Live and learn.
@@ILikeDonuts666 it broke the second time the slide was activated on a level concrete pad. It was not user error thanks for your insight. I guess the other 6 people that liked my comment are also wrong.
@darren6790 I have a 5th wheel. Slides are on a cable system. It's 4 years old. We full time RV so slides are in and out a lot. So far so good. Maybe it's a different manufacturer.

It would depend on the specific truck's payload capacity. At a ~7300 pound towing weight, this trailer will put around ~900 pounds on the tongue. For a single person or couple, you're probably going to want at least 1700 pounds of payload capacity, and there are a lot of half-tons with that much payload capacity. If you're bringing along the whole family, then you're going to want something with 2100+ pounds of payload capacity, and there are relatively few half tons with that much cargo capacity. A 3/4 ton would be ideal for this trailer, but there are half-tons out there that will do the job. My F-150 has a payload capacity of 1900 pounds and, if it's just me and a dog, I'd be okay towing this thing, but if I had a wife and two kids and their stuff along for the ride, I'd want a 3/4 ton.
I like it a lot. I just took delivery last week on the 2024 Vibe. It is almost identical. About the only differences are our kitchen window is smaller to make room for more over head cabinets. With no washer dryer hook-ups we have more bathroom cabinets and bedroom closet space. That suits us better as we do not travel. We have the table & chair dinette opinion. I can say that we are very impressed with the quality of our trailer. Our 2017 Catalina was fine, but the Vibe far surpasses that trailer.
I wonder. If over time the seals on the square windows will suffer leakage over time in areas like air planes did when they used square window and it was found that square windows could not evenly distribute the pressure generated by wind, causing them to fail. I'm curious if any R & D went into that or if its one of those designed to catastrophically fail over time parts.
You asked! Have to turn side ways to see the TV from all the seating. That is super negative. Get ride of the washer/dryer and make that a closet/storage. This camper has enough storage for over night trip at most. No thanks.
It's pretty nice but the cable slides give me pause. I also have to see how far that TV pivots. I agree with the other comments with regards to the washer and dryer prep as well, ditch it and put in more storage. Overall I like it so far but I want to see what the final specs and pricing will be.
A contender but the countertop in the bathroom remains dated. Location of tv isn’t ideal but doable for weekend trips. Appreciate the bed size. W/D prep for a weekender doesn’t waste space if not used, which is nice. The shades will let in light. Overall not bad.
First look, I would rather have a smaller kitchen window and have more upper cabinets. Also would rather have smaller windows in the bedroom. I like it dark with more privacy in there.
Long time subscriber and have watched a lot of your content. When it comes to the price of the RV, I may have missed it, but I just watched two of your videos and both videos did not say the pricing. When did that change or did it? I realize pricing may vary depending on the dealer.
Appreciate the vid and absolutely beautiful rig; But why use the the cheapest, worst slide system on the market; the Cable slide is a deal breaker. They should be banned!
It looks like they totally copied Brinkley! I rather have the Brinkley. Nothing out of Elkhart Indiana. Lots of bad reviews. Brinkleys cost more but well worth it!
Is it me or do new campers and trailers ...even some of the more expensive ones... just look chincy and cheap? The window casings and valances all look like mdf and thermofoil everywhere and stapled to death drawers and moldings. I bet this thing is not cheap on selling price either. Paying for a "nice" design executed cheaply? Again maybe its just me but touring a few of these "new modern models" scares me to death that they wont last 10 years .
Those large windows are absolutely awful- they will need some very dark tint and will stay covered most of the time. They let in so much heat. I don’t understand why a trailer that size is riding on 14 inch tires. It seems that 15 inch tires with E-load tires would be a better choice
This floor plan, especially in the kitchen living area is not innovative. I’ve seen it so many times. The recliners are a waste of space. Set up a desk.

That unit actually just switched to E rated 15” 6 lug tires . Also is a Terran axle not Dexter.

I had my vibe for 4 years and loved it until we bought a 5th wheel ,perfect for couples
We have a 2023 version, and the 2025 has less OHC storage in the kitchen and bedroom.

No room for full size washer and dryer, tv sets to side away from chairs, not across so do not like that.
I pity Brinkley for starting the squared off window trend. They don’t match the overall shapes/curves that rvs have and look so out of place.
The plus to them is that the blinds can be built into the window track vs having strings all over the place that lose tension.
Whoever designs the outside isnt designing the inside.
