[CGL when?] SMRT C751B 337/338 Ride from EW27 Boon Lay to EW29 Joo Koon

Recorded on 20 March 2021.
Filmed in the western side of Singapore (which is literally the opposite of where it should be running..), this train has yet to serve Changi Airport Branch Line (CGL) for 7 years since 2017 till now.. when will it ever run on CGL before its retirement?
