Nice pictures! Just knowing how she looked for the first couple of months of her completion before her disappearance underneath the North Atlantic, and then lost for some seventy some years, and then rediscovered her wreckage back in 1985 and photographed as she looks now.
With luck, someone might find a photo taken of Titanic in the Thompson graving dock where we can get a clear view of the propellers, and settle whether the center prop had three or four blades.

All the photos of the launch are of Olympic. Titanic wasn’t painted black and white until it was being fitted out. Olympic was painted early for press photos as she was the first of the class.

Olympic was built on the left side of those two big slipways, Titanic on the right side. And the Titanic was never grey. Then Titanics layout changed after the first expierences with the Olympic in service. So Titanic became the more advanced version of Olympic. The picture at 1.45 in this vid shows the beginning of the re-design of Titanics B-Deck, when the sliding windows on B Deck were removed for installing more suites on the B-Deck. @@TheOlympicClass_ I think the photo at 3:54 is Olympic because of the Bridge Wing. In the Titanic they go a bit outside the structure of the ship, and in Olympic they go straigh with the hull of the ship.
I think he is trying to say that cameras didn't exist back then. However cameras did exist back in 1912 since cameras were invented around 1870/80s if not mistaken.
MrGod1973 Yes and no. Don’t want to go into a full summary but to make it short, the fourth funnel actually served a purpose. It ventilated steam and sometimes very little smoke. But just remember this though, the fourth funnel wasn’t a dummy and actually served a purpose.

Only 3 of the 4 funnels worked ... One was a dummy funnel ... So the picture is most likely a painting ... And a beautiful one !!!
