I know I probably won't even get a response but I was following the vid until the camera feed came on & it was in color; the one I'm trying to familiarize myself with only displays in black and white. Is this something that can be changed in the settings, something wrong with the camera or is this machine just that old? Sirona Cerec AC running 4.5 (4.6 said "not supported" when trying to update). I do not have the user's manual, hence the question & Google can't figure out what I'm asking.
If I remember right there is a setting which allows a high resolution photo/video although I don’t remember where that setting is. It may he unit specific also. If you have a bluecam then it’ll probably allow that with an older software version (pre v4.0) but o don’t recall any specifics beyond that.
