vallejo left a bad taste in my mouth metaphorically speaking since i put some of their model color line in my $200 iwata i cant get air to flow through that airbrush, have since replaced the iwata with a badger krome which i love but anyways to my comment . you said that vallejo has no bad stuff in them well not all of their paints are safe some have cadmium in them which is fine for brushing on by hand but do not spray those they are carcinogenic

Just mix floor wax with some cheap craft paint and you have a great tough durable primer for a fraction of the price.
