One more thing , whenever we need Apas help ,they go deaf n dumb like we literally shout at the top of aur voices Apa Apa support ka saman den, scissors den n all but they don't bother to listen whereas when they bring you a patient who is an acquaintance of theirs like in this case, the Apa suddenly becomes so nice n sweet with u.🙄

Jokes apart, more than 99.9 (literally every woman around me) is suffering from constant stomach pain, gas issues and pain in their muscles. Even a young girl who gets married right after marriage, is the same as 30 or 40 years old.
@@TamkenatMansoor we are a wheat eating nation, many have undiagnosed Celiac disease!!!!! Also as Late Zubeida Appa used to say, we have stopped sitting outside in the sun. So most probably not enough vitamin D. Pakistani diet in general is not healthy. It's very carb rich, with not much focus on meal combinations. On top of that, inflation. People can't afford to eat healthy. All these factors play a part.
I think instead of taking this as a joke, we need to be a little sensitive about this, it's been a long time that I have constipation on and off, which causes flatulence, distended abd most of the times, and this does affect your mood and daily activities. Even gastric issues can cause raised BP in hypertensive patients, it's medically proven.And yes most of our population has psychiatric issues, untreated, which causes constant worrying. We basically need to improve our health facilities.Easy access to psychiatrist, psychologist and treatment facility should be available.
We don't have any concept of mental health in our society unfortunately.Lack of education, awareness makes this worse.We as humans need to be more empathetic, and always should be ready to help people around.
Please refer them to Psychiatrist, because only when women get sick they get relief and care from the family. The presentation with somatic symptoms is because they otherwise cannot discuss their stressors
