I do have a sedici strada 2 and was in a accident last year. The helmet protect me in that accident. When it come to helmets always try on the helmet to see how it fits !
So, constructive criticism here. But, the entire point of a helmet is to protect you in a crash. Because of this, I'd say that accurately stating the helmets safety ratings is pretty crucial in a review. The Sedici Strada 2 is not only DOT rated, but also ECE -22.05 rated. Just something to think about for any potential future reviews.
I have two of these helmets mat black and gloss carbon. The mat black is my everyday helmet and it’s broken in and you are correct it is loose now from wear compared to the new carbon helmet. Also the wind noise is horrible with this helmet and the wind does push your head up I feel myself constantly tryin to keep my head down fighting the wind
Are you able to see through that visor clearly? Specifically for night time? I know there’s visors where you can’t see from the outside but from the inside it’s perfectly clear. Nice video!
Any recommendations for a 2nd helmet. I have used the strada II for about 8 months now and have been having the same issues with the cheek pads. wind noise has increased drastically once they break down, and i bought one size to small to start.
Shoei makes great helmets at a decent price. I personally will be upgrading to an Arai Corsair X next. Just go to your local shop and try each brand on to see what fits your head best and go with that.
This helmet is in fact rated ECE 22.05. In the video I mention only a DOT rating which would be incorrect.
Sedici Strada II Primo Helmet is snell approved without the drop down glasses

The Strada is in fact ECE-22.05 certified.
What about the custom design ? Do they allow custom design on first purchase and how expensive is that ?
Where did you get the lettering that’s on your visor?
This helmet is sick honestly I have the gloss black one.
I also have a Biltwell Lane splitter. Both awesome helmets.

For the price, it does the job 🤷♂️ An upgrade will feel like a million bucks haha

@@AndrewHartsock Thanks for the recommendation. Going to the shop this weekend to try some buckets on :) Where did you get/make the decals???
Lol.....I been wearing half helmets for YEARS... this is probably pretty quiet to me
Literally showed us the ECE sticker.
Clean helmet
Where did you get your visor?
I believe I got it either on Cycle Gear or Revzilla website.
