Just gorgeous. I recommend that if you didn't put a final layer on the platters thatyou might want to do so. It seals everything in and makes it so the glass isnt so sharp when installing it. Keep up the great work.
That's what I was wondering. What would you use as a final layer?
@@ariferacho862 I believe she was referring to the Mod Podge--putting a final layer in order to seal everything. I've seen other diyers do this.

I absolutely love it.
But for a definite hold ( simply because most people don't understand hot glue if the temperature changes in the house cold temperatures will make the glue pull apart or pop off easily so not being negative I'm just giving some extra advice).
Try using two sided velcro strips that way if you decide to change the color to something else you can the teeth and the velcro will stick very well.
If you prefer to still use glues please don't use just hot glue add an e6000 or gorilla glue in conjunction to there's also the gorilla two-sided tape which is awesome this headboard is absolutely beautiful I think this will be something I can implement in a bathroom or my living room thanks for the idea Merry Christmas Darling!!

That's what I do always w/my projects, it doesn't hurt and insures protection of the glass...js

It is Beautiful...but if one has to be careful and wear gloves to put it together I would be afraid to sleep under it...better as a wall hanging. Even then the glass shards give me a quesy feeling.
Although this is beautiful and your “headboards” are beautiful, they’re not headboards! The headboard is got a headboard because it attaches to the bed frame and sits at the head of the bed. What you’re making is just wall art that goes behind the bed.
does wood glue work with this? The very top where i can see the wood, would be nicer with some gems going across. but overall it's your way and still beautiful.
