All these projects, Algorand, Cardano, Ethereum, and others, have progressed and there is talk about many applications being developed on these networks. However, we have no idea what are those projects, at least I don't. On Algorand I believe Stacy said 16000 applications are being developed at the moment and I don't know anything about any of them. Can we invite some people and talk about these applications?
Ask a few rout, basic blocking-and-tackling, fundamental questions ... vs ... sitting there like an unenlightened, double digit IQ, half wit.... with a smile on your face. In that regard ... are you any relation to Smiley Micali?
I love Algorand. The fact that they were able to poach John Woods from Cardano, which is overflowing with talented people and I also love, is comforting.
Algorand is on a good path. One of a few chains that are actually used for real world applications. The tech is good and with the changes happening mentioned in the video, there is a lot of potential.
Oh.... you forgot to mention Silvio Micali is a Turing Award winner. I've only heard, or read, that about 1000 times: but Algorand lacks "awareness"! Borderline comical....
First time listening DBCrypto, but follow you on X and part of algofam. I like the laid back interview style, letting your interviewee run with the topic.. and does John know how to run with it Nice work guys !
Great video. It’s absolutely outrageous to disregard Algo this bull cycle. This is my third cycle- first I held eth as my largest position, cardano last bull run and I can say- the Fud with Cardano last bullrun was insane - nonetheless it did incredibly well, for this cycle my largest bag is certainly Algo. Thanks for the coverage, great work. Also, I’m a big fan of John woods 🙌
🌐 Interchain collaboration is key to the future of crypto! 🔗 Projects like Algorand and MultiversX are enhancing interoperability, reducing fragmentation, and boosting security. With efforts like the collaboration between John and DB, we're moving towards a more connected, decentralized ecosystem. 💪 Excellent work. 💯
Interoperability ! Yes. Guys - we need interop. Yeah ? My biggest worry with Algo (& others) is lack of interop. Surely we need to integrate with the likes of Chainlink, Axelar, Near, etc. What are we doing in this regard ? Thanks.
Singapore has 10g consumer broadband already today at low prices. Ideal for node running algorand from home on minipc and will be earning nice returns very soon..
Come on, please John. Don't waste your time with Justin Bons. The guy's background is political philosophy. And now he is a self-proclaimed "expert" in blockchain technologies and would come and criticise the work of a Turing award winner, a work that he barely understands at a superficial level. Nevertheless, don't waste your time on that guy, cause serious businesses that would want to integrate Algorand into their system won't listen to Justin's biased, superficial, misleading and immature take, whose sole purpose is to farm engagement. Spend your time to make sure that you onboard web2 companies rather falling into that rabbit hole with Justin Bons.

Great interview. John is awesome and I like Algorand. I see it has a serious project like Cardano. Bring Charles Hoskinson next
I’d love to but he’s tough to lock down! Took me 3 months of scheduling to get him on a Twitter space ha!

Bursting brain question and comment: May you please flip your logo so it reads as DB instead of looking as EG.... 😬✌️
😂 Streamyard screen mirroring is deceiving. It flips the image but not what you see when recording. Lessons learned. Ha

Make a video about icp, dyor first
Solved means usable by end users until improvements are available. Don't get hung up on philosophy of that word. Not publicly.
Informative video, thanks. John Woods always elegantly explains $ALGO. LFG $ALGO
Thanks for sharing! John is great!
Lets go Algorand 😁
