Tomato paste or also known as concentrate usually comes in a tube or jar. The sauce a sweet based tomato sauce comes in a plastic or glass bottle and will be marked sauce
Hi Maria, both tomato paste and tomato sauce (ketchup) are available in the market, I have used store bought tomato paste and tomato sauce for this recipe.
