Everybody's an absolute expert until it's their turn in the hot seat with everybody watching. I have been operating heavy equipment for 10 years and it doesn't matter what I am operating I learned something new about that piece of equipment every time I run it.... I mean as long as the work gets done and you don't mess the machine up in one way or another, then you had a good day! holdmy own Thsnk you for a rare sensible comment. Unfortunately no matter how “textbook” and perfect someone is operating in one of my videos there’s always plenty of hate filled keyboard operators that want to criticise.
Hey man after watching the video and looking at everyone’s comments I’m going to be blunt and straight forward with you on what your doing wrong. What your doing wrong is simple, your listening to everyone’s comment on what your doing wrong. No two operators are alike and I’m sorry no one is the worlds best operator. Keep doing what your doing bud
I always laugh at people who say you’re not supposed to be loading on the blind side , obviously they have never been in a real construction site that actually moves dirt on a large scale. Every site is different, no site is perfect and you just have to adapt to the conditions
we have this 110 ton excavator at my work place and i thought that it was a huge machine.. this is allmost double the size of that we have holy f**k. This makes 60 ton dumpers look like they're just casual trucks xD Nicely jobbed !!1

There’s a couple of flights of about 6 feet each. Looks higher than it is because he’s sat up on a high bench loading trucks. There’s a video of it from the outside as well on the channel.
@@AwesomeEarthmovers awesome I could watch these tractor vids all night I currently work in the Permian basin making 200 hundred locations for Exxon Mobil for drilling and some of the coolest cats I've seen I got to operate the d9 for a day before

I would have done well over 20k hrs and a few months ago I come up sort on a job so I hired a machine. A Doosan 225 to do a bit of bulk. I possibly did 200hrs in it. Fuck was I pleased to see it go. It was tired and no matter how smooth I was or what rpm I run it at I never got it to run nice. Funny enough I found myself leaning forward in the seat too. I think anyone who has run a tired old machine knows what I'm talking about here. The backlash in the slew on this machine would drive you nuts just as that Doosan drove me nuts. You just can't relax when they are like that. His methodology looked fine, he had little time to do any break out on the left hand cut. I would not rate him a bad operator as some of you armchair critics do. You jump in that seat and lets watch you all do better. I bet it is not nearly as nice to run as you might think. As soon as I started watching it reminded me of that shitty Doosan. The only thing that seemed to help was really bedding in the track frame so you sit there super solid and a bit out of level so it loaded up the slew drive. Back in my Volvo 220 now and life is nice and smooth again.
Question... how is that thing shaking so bad just turning in place? I’ve only run the real small (one big but not that big by any means) trackhoes at work and never had that thing rattle my ass around like him unless I was driving over rough terrain which he obviously isn’t doing
All big diggers bang and make a shit load of noise in the cab I thought that they would sit well on a bench and be hard to shake it but they are much more brutal then a 30 toner
For everyone saying he is rough or not good let's see you guys post a video of you operating don't just sit behind your keyboards actually prove yourselves if not shut the hell up and enjoy the video

More comfort in that chair, better feel to it.
