Well he was 14 when he killed his brother, According to me idk the exact age. Well maybe they let him go because the spring locks failed on Evan when he was in there causing it to bite down. Mike only put his brother in his mouth with no intentions on killing him, just as a prank the animatronic was also very poorly built.causing them to close down.

Well the animatronic wasn’t in suit mode so the springlocks were in their original place and not the suit mode
