Lol. It doesn't take "insane" core and leg strength to jump over a trash can homie. It does require some of it however. But notice how much momentum the other guy is giving him. That's a lot less strength he has to use of his own. Big guy should be exhausted way more. Just try it out with your friends! If you have the minimum requirements of leg and core strength and your friend isn't the Shaquille O'Neal type that is.
