If you are in need of new ideas here what I like the most in asmr video with massages :
When the massage therapist names the muscle or part of the anatomy, accupressure points he/she's working on, when he explain how and why it is a part to work on and the benefits for the patient (because i love understand how our bodies are working, they are so complex).
When the model/patient is presented to us with few words and look at the camera at the beginning (maybe to feel closer to and to identfy to her in order to project ourself at her place and unconsciously feel what she is supposed to feel)
When there are ambience sounds now and then (at the beggining, when changing position, at the end), like the water flooding a cup of thea at the beginning, the wind in the trees' leaves, birds chirping, even the click of a pc mouse to register a patient files, or the sound of a door closing...
When there are various point of view of the massage session ( one from the side, one from the upside, one closer sometimes.
When the therapist names massage technics as well.
That said, thank you for all your hard work, you are doing great, trust yourself ❤
