Currently, my favorite breakfast sandwich in Vancouver is Say Hey Cafe! Glad you were able to visit them. Will have to check out Bells & Whistle next time I'm craving a breakfast sandwich.

Love your reviews, and you’re funny, next trip back to Vancouver, I’ll bring my favorite hot sauce, most all the dishes could use more spice. I believed you mentioned that also. My wife is a midwestern she likes, salt and pepper.

safeway does a breakfast sandwich for 3 bucks definitly worth it
