How do you make the fermented cabbage? I’m going to Serbia for a month. And I want to able to impress my hosts by showing I can cook at least one traditional Serbian dish!
It’s definitely a process and takes about 6 weeks I think to ferment. Let me ask my mom because she’s the pro at this 🙈. It also has to be done in the winter
