Hi. You can get crinoline from those who sell hat making materials or big tailoring shops. You may need up to 30 inches(less or more), it depends on the length you want to use for the base and how much you want to embelish it.
You don't have to be worried. Guess you know not the pain one goes through making and editing videos yet you see these same videos being sold in different WhatsApp classes. I upload tutorials here to share my little knowledge and I do not expect such pay backs.
