I disagree. The talent on this team is way below average. The Redskins need a great draft or two and need to finally get some good free agents. Ron Rivera made this team worse with his unproven GM skills
Nobody get's the "I am going to have to get rid of most of you because you aren't good enough" speech but the players. And I haven't heard of anybody giving one in years. Coaches, players, and the media just don't work that way anymore. So coaches will put a positive spin on things for the media a lot.
