Do not bother to reply. Do not engage at all. If they are serious of getting your help, they would be more intrusive like pick up the phone to give you a heads-up. Do not engage in these emails just ignore them, silence is the best reply.
The first 2 statements are good and sufficient. The third sentence that it is more productive to work together during business hours is really not necessary and could have a negative connotation.
如果係我，其實我連回覆都唔會，會等聽日先做。因為第一，佢無話 urgent，無話一定要今日內回覆。第二，係人都知道臨近收工時間，唔會 expect 人做嘢。如果真係要覆，可能我會話：Thank you for your email. I will get back to you first thing in the morning tomorrow.
英文回覆有禮貌,語言偽術要有效.大方得體好感覺,繼續收睇莫忽略.

請問可唔可以教一啲點用e-mail 好婉轉咁拒絕客戶問題？經常有啲奇奇怪怪嘅email發嚟問啲完全唔關你部門事嘅問題。我舉我遇到過嘅問題，我之前係間大渡假村工作，負責交通嘅部門，但又有酒店嘅客人嘅emai嚟問有冇上門醫生啊，點樣搭車(非本公司嘅車)等唔係你工作專業可以答到佢嘅問題，其實可以幫佢Google 嘅，但你工作忙，無辦法下下幫佢解答各種問題。可以點樣用e-mail 拒絕佢哋同叫佢自己Google? 因為雖然唔係你部門嘅客，但係都係你公司集團嘅客，唔可以得罪😅。
如果電郵內容是全熒幕，而主持人縮小在旁邊會比較好。

I cannot tell... if she is creating this channel.... in order to get some advertising fees.. or that it links to some kind of bitcoin or PR processes or connection... but I think the way that she has drafted some of the emails... or the way the channel is taught is not very good. But then again... with the NSL right now... It is very obvious why some of the foreign money is leaving the PRC. And why the stock market dropped in HK. At the end of the day, everybody just wants money, and not commerce really. So... why does it matter either way any way ??
In my life experience, if you violate employment laws in any way, you would be sacked. That including violating internet policies or writing bad emails. Cos it means that you are not fit for the job. I don't get why so many people try and socially engineer other individuals, when they are participating in actual important situations.

第二個例子對我根本沒用。我雖然不是電郵部，根本不會發或收電郵。如果找到我幫忙，95%都是需要英中翻譯。我在公司是唯一一個會講中文的人（也是因為我面試的華人的實際聽力其實都不行）。
