Do they verify your disability? If so, what documentation is needed? What's to stop people without disabilities from apply in this competitive job market?

Thanks for the introduction! It sounds really interesting. Also very competitive, like a game version of startup pitching bootcamp 😂

Is this still happening? Tried to email them and not only is the email shut down, but the upcoming virtual webinars have been canceled as well…

Does Microsoft offer jobs from home for autistic individuals? We are currently living in Germany until 2023.

I've got a phone interview with the Neurodiversity Hiring Program later today, and hadn't heard about this once until now. Previous years' videos indicate this isn't a new screening event, so what's going on? Given that this was posted just yesterday, did I happen to miss some threshold?

This Program Overview video was just recently updated to reflect how our Hiring Program works now that we have transitioned to a virtual format. It follows the same format as our past videos describing the experience for candidates before, during and after our Neurodiversity Hiring event. This is intended as a general overview of what to expect however you can always email us directly to get specific questions answered at mdnd@Microsoft.com.

@@MSFTEnable Thank you for the response! I will admit I'm a bit disappointed that, in having a virtual interview session, I'll miss out on the events going on earlier in the week, but I'm still excited for the opportunity to talk with the ERG members before the upcoming interview day. I appreciate your feedback.

"MicroSoft, "to: support Africa's "NeuroDiverse" people!?"!!!!"??
    -M.K.S.
    **"I.B.M. for Africa".
"Oracle, to: invest in/train -up AfriCANs" + "Apple" -ETC./ALL BIG Tech. cos.!!

This program is stereotyping people that are Neurodiverse by only looking at Software Engineers. "High Functioning" term is offensive and by only looking at Software Engineers, the program is being offensive by implying that other Neurodiverse persons can't contribute besides being a Software Engineer. Ironically, the Neurodiversity Hiring Program is NOT INCLUSIVE.
