@@yahya_176 plants do better when it's colder, less likely to grow algae. Also there's a big crossover with gardeners and aquascapers. You don't need good weather to aquascape but you do to garden.
This is my dream tank, I would like to put it on my TV cabinet and mount my TV on the wall above it, probably never do it though. I love minimalism and your rock scape is just perfect! I would only do lettuce or red root floaters as plants, nothing planted. Just simple......I only have a nano tank of 5 Gals now. But I can dream!

Amazing scape ... I was going through MJ withdrawls for a week and was so happy when this vid dropped. I really do love that you did an after setup follow up after a good amount of time.
Hey MJ, great video! To enhance plant growth, I like to only put nutrients where the soil layer is thin. Then when you have a thicker layer, like here on the right side, I firstaddthe substrate and add nutrients. Then a final layer of 1-2cm of subtrate before the plants. This way newly planted plants straight away have access to the nutrients and grow much better in the beginning of your setup:)
I really appreciate how your tanks are not over planted like so many other aquascapers! Please keep up the amazing work homie . Can’t wait for the next vid 🔥
Gorgeous tank. When you said river, the picture in my head was more of a river flowing the length of the tank. What it turned out was a bit different. Your flow was what I expected, but the scape was more of a cross section of the river. You gave me some things to think about with my 10 gallon long bookshelf tank. I scaped mine where the flow is along the length, but the actual scape is a section from the middle of a river where rocks have fallen and a long piece of driftwood has caught in the rocks forming an underwater bridge between rocks, and it flows the length of the tank. I used natural colored course sand and the rocks are dragon stone. The fish are a school of Venezuelan Red Sail Cory’s and another school of Chili Rasboras with a clean up crew of Amano shrimp. I planted it with crypt parva and lucens along the rocks, small Buce on the wood, and in the open area at one end I used dwarf sag. The dwarf sag has covered and I have to keep it trimmed. I am hoping the chilis will scatter their eggs in the sag and I will get some babies. My Buce is not doing so good in this tank, but I think it is too much light and too close to the light as I have Buce in other tanks and it is doing good in those other tanks. I have changed up my light, so I hope my Buce recovers. Love the long tanks. They are so fun to scape. Thanks for sharing your long tank and your beautiful scape.
