Have the conversation. The real one about what your goals are individually and together as a couple. A lot of times we have assumptions instead of real conversations. This is a great topic that couples need to really understand about one another. I understand Rico's point. I understand the ladies' points. Both are valid. I'm not into pre-nups but I understand why us guys need to be mindful of them. If I am going to marry you it comes with a trust that you're with me for life. She needs to be on the same wave-length with me on that. I won't divorce her. I'm looking for characteristics in a wife that align with marriage in a way that she will stay in the marriage like I will. Committed to each other. Period. Some people don't see marriage this way. That's okay. I need to find the woman that shares my values on this.

16:43 most of the time women take the kids because they know the kids most or are the sole caregivers. They know the school staff, they know where the building is, where the class room is. They know the medications the child is on. They know the child’s doctor. The only time men don’t get custody is:
    1. They can’t prove they know enough about their own kids.
    2. They don’t fight for custody of their kids. Oftentimes just fighting for the kids is enough to win.

If I start a company and hire a woman to do a specific job she gets paid on what we agree on for her to start and if she quits she gets what's due which is one last check but a relationship/marriage if she divorces me she leaves with everything I've invested to her which is clothes and memories. If we mix business with pleasure and divorce is involved with kid(s) I take care of the kids needs while still having all assets in my possession. She left not me so that's fair!

I feel that it could be but not always. It depends on the circumstances and what was being established between the couple. Some heads of households would like for their spouse to be a stay-at-home parent. But if things are built together within the relationship, I can understand why that should be split. But if that person isn't providing any value to the success, then it should be up to what would be reasonable. Especially, if there aren't any kids involved. Because from my experience we tried to build together but issues affected the situation, and we didn't have anything to give to each other if it came to that. I wouldn't want nothing no way.

There is no such thing as a soulmate.....We all learn to "settle". I know modern women have turned the word settle into a dirty word, but that's what we do. There is no such thing as a perfect partner so we find the best person for us.

This is why I tell women not to work on a man’s business before marriage because I did that and I have nothing to show for it. I did it for love and never saw compensation while he spent time with another woman… because I was busy… building HIS business. 😑
Correction: Other women, he just continued to date until he found a more favorable woman. Wish he would have told me so I could have continued to date.

44:11 if you divorce a chick with money, you know she has to give up half right?
There’s men that prey on women with money for this reason. Not all men have that “manly nature” some are just cosplaying.

Marriage is not insurance nor was it about love; it was about land and how it passed down through a family. The only reason women would even entertain the idea of marriage as insurance is because how family and divorce laws favor women over the entire family. The insurance a man needs is never getting married to begin with; and if you're like me and live in California, you must maintain distance between your significant other. We have that cohabitation tort in our state.
Remember fellas, unless the laws are changed, marriage shouldn't even come into your mind. It is irresponsible for a man to want marriage in 2023.

Question: 🙋🏾‍♂️ What do women want in a man??
    Answer: Every daaa🤦🏾‍♂️aam thing!!!
    Women want a man that:
1.) Has more degrees than the ☀
    2.) Has done time.
    3.) Isn't jealous
    4.) Makes 100K+ a year
    5.) Is an entrepreneur
    6.) Has a 6 bedroom house
7.) Is home by 8:00 every night to help her kids with their homework.
8.) Has tattoos, a mouth full of slugs, and dreads
9.) Has no kids of his own
    10.) Is atleast 6'6
    11.) Has a 6 pack
    12.) And has atleast 10 inches 🥒
Because this describes like 10 different dudes modern women behave like that feather in Forrest Gump.........Constantly floating from one mans house to another and of course ending ending up buying a 🐶 & dying alone

When you talk about modern women, are y’all only talking about women on podcasts? Because you lost me at #2 and with a few of these. I’m personally scarred from dating an entrepreneur, give me a good ol blue collar man with a pension and FSA!
      We are not a monolith.

And this mentality is exactly why Marriages have plummeted. what women don't understand is if a man LOVES you and it doesn't work he will go out of his way to make sure you are sorted and taken care of.
This thing of "I'm ENTITLED TO HALF OR MORE" mentality turns you into a adversary/shark, not a partner.
