    Fantastic- very clear and concise. I would ask only to describe the healing processes as much if not more than the pathophysiology, e.g. as in diabetes. Nutritional support and stress control is always neglected when we focus on "treatment" rather than cure and healing.

    very cool share-wish that you had all the short clips lumped together into a combined 140 mins continuum-logic-sequence-build up explain and all those equisite revelations that you share so freely-like the share-learned alot of other factors-my question is wound healing has many levels-superficial to open exploratory-and effects different tissues-scars-rips-hernias-weaknesses that after many years post surgery-the lingering deep scarring makes itself known-and the trauma remembered-one thing you missed in lecture was epigenetics-the healing environment the patient is in-to promote faster better healing-but i like what you said about smoking-even though now old every so often a few puffs-helps with the nerves==but the trade off-of less o2 transport has got me wondering-more but will again try to catch some more of your vids0so much happening and its only getting faster out there

      Do you think many people would watch for 140 minutes? I could give it a try.

    • @pataniki8034
      @pataniki8034 5 ปีที่แล้ว

      HONESTLY i really think that a complete full run version would be very useful-a/complete easy to stop-refer- to specific minute return-but sequential and complete- should be easy enough to edit the individual segment sequentially- you could leave some pic or relevant photo image between parts/ segments so that the learner can get the whole overview and then still b/ retain your video lists compilations but rearrange sequentially so that individual segments would still be accessible for reference or individual review-but the complete vid would be the reference material-try it for the wound healing one-if you have questions just ask-used to be a teacher and worked in video film production-have had some deep health issues but in experience it would be a very beneficial tool for both sides-

      @@pataniki8034 Hm, I will give it a go with a new one, but I cant get the wound healing in soft copy as it was made in DVD days, I still have the tapes but am not sure how to convert them into soft copy.
      I have actually recently posted some combined versions on digestive system and enzymes, but they do not get more views than the short ones, just a few hundred each for most of them. Unfortunately, this means its not very cost effective work.

    • @pataniki8034

      understand cost effectiveness aspect-time is vital as one ages-would love to help but have 1998 ibm comp no mem so just able to watch-true that certain subjects such as detailed analysis of blood due to their intricate interactions-yet others should work well with indepth continuum-about that dvd-tried to order one but web site said go away-but still bery interested-should be easy enough to transfer dvd files over to hard drive and save as mp4-wish my kids were around they could do it in a second-but will ask them-as far as cost effective-what about those vids you have already posted and are in mp4 format-on yt-plus you could file it under experimental educational research as a new alternative to your shares-keep it simple is what i follow-but thats why i am trying to learn about body function-mine stopped being simple a while back-yet since body is a systemic system spheres of influence are important to know-i understand its alot of work-but you are sharing to help others and if you can improve on that more effectively then worth any time and other costs-you may be able to raise the bar on learning about the body-

    Thank you for this great Video.
    I have a question. Often cooling a wound is recommended after surgery. Unfortunately in germany it's very common .
    What do you tell your patients ?
    Greetings and best wishes.

    What about using anti bacterial powder and creams. What about sun and air exposure? I have a few cuts right now which I've kept clean and dressed but they are not healing. Today I have removed the dressings and giving sun and air exposure. Dressings have made them wet, bigger, worse
