This is the EXACT reason I never checked out Marr after the spit. I thought he would try and do stoned Enya like vocals over sick guitar tracks that demanded a bigger vision for the vocals. And I was wrong for a long time.... And then I was right... Tough love..

If he'd find a good vocalist/lyricist again, I think he would make a massive come back. His music is still magical though and if he's happy doing it his way, who am I to crap on his party.

Johnny is a more than competent vocalist. You can tell he's still finding his sound on the Healers stuff, but he's come a long way as a solo artist and vocalist since.
