Since it's harder to do handmade envelopes, you could always make inserts like the trackers or placeholders, that have envelope label categories printed on them, and people can easily slip those into blank envelopes you sell. That way you still sell the blank envelopes (which is easier), and you can sell bundles of printed labels that people can insert however they want. Just an idea that might help makes things easier for you, and keep people requesting them happy! And then if you ever have a bigger break in your shipping schedule, and you won't have new products or restocks for a little bit while you wait, you could open up a one week only custom printed label package where people could pick like 6 labels they want printed and sent out. Just fun ideas, that help you keep the schedule manageable, but also solve the requests. 🥰
This is literally what I do lol I have matte laminated category slips and put them into the zipper pvc envelopes, because I don’t have time to do cash condensing so my big stacks kept splitting normal cash envelopes - so it works better and it looks super nice and prefer it! I bet others would too.

I’m super paranoid. I think small vlogs are ok but I would keep your entire home private. I know you have security and a safe but you keep so much money on hand so I would be paranoid.
Our safe is seriously so big that we had to hire a company to move it when we moved and it took eight men, a lot of equipment and about three hours to get it into the room that it’s in right now, I’m not worried about our cash. I’m worried about my kids lol 🙈
