I'm almost 3 months into it. I must say this isn't a joke, this is truly a gift from god. I feel closer to him everyday that I retain. The first month sucked I have to admit but once you get passed the withdrawals and urges you see the true benefits that come with it. you begin to focus on what's best for you rather than wasting time on fake friends and whores. my hair is thickening back up, my energy is through the roof and I'm hitting the weights harder than I ever have. women and men can see the change in you. Starting this is the best thing I've done and I will continue.

I think that because I never had sex I dont have any soul ties and that makes retaining a lot easier. Bruh I was literally just praying to God “please take away anybody that’s not right for me & bring me the right ones.” & all my friends started coming back to me.
