I remember about 35 years ago while reading an aviation magazine my heart sank because while digging a drainage ditch at an old airbase, they unearthed 6 arado blitz bombers brought back to the states after the war that were crushed and buried after testing.... Why, God, why??? 😭😭😭😭😭

The Arado-234, as well as using 2 JUNKers JEWmo engines, lacked rearward visibility, so a rear facing periscope was fitted on top of, and directly to the pilot's right. (Visible as a faired tube)

I thought it worked well with this narrator because his accent sounds like the North Atlantic Accent that US politicians spoke at the time. The booming, hissing mike gives the story a more 1940's sound, but you're a technical channel so there's a good chance that most of the other subs won't appreciate it.
