POT ROAST on the Ninja Woodfire Grill

  • Welcome Fans to another Something Good Sunday. Today we bring back out a recipe a try on the Ninja Outdoor Woodfire. Last time I showed you all a quick rundown of the machine and my thoughts on it. Lets dive into making something most people would not even think of doing in their Outdoor Grill. Get a good glimpse at this southern comfort food with a smoked taste.
    Recipe:
    Ingredients: 3Lb Chuck Roast, Celery, Mushrooms, Carrots, Onions, Beef Broth, Potatoes, Minced Garlic and Rosemary
    Instructions:
    -Cut up your potatoes and let them soak while your doing everything else
    - Season your chuck roast on both sides
    - set your outdoor woodfire grill up with pellets, place it on Smoker and set temp 300* and time 4 hrs
    - Cut up your vegetables and lay them in your tray
    - Check your meat from time to time about 2 hours in to see if its at 160 Degrees
    - Once its there pull it off and set in your tray with your vegetables and lay in your Minced Garlic and pour in your Beef Broth
    - Cover with aluminum foil and place back in the smoker for the remaining time but most importantly let it get to 190 to 195 degrees internal temp.
    Then slice and dice and eat.

    Man , that looks good. I just bought one of these things but it's the xl version. I dig your video, it's straight and forward. I'm looking to do a low and slow cook just got to figure out what toakr, lol

      Yeah.. the low and slow is great but it doesn’t have to be as slow as the regular smokers..the pork shoulder we normally do is like 3 hours if that.. however do what you do on the XL version.. I kind of wish I grab that one now. This machine is so worth it
