Thanks for this presentation. Did a good job of introducing this product to a new user. I have used PSP for many years, but only purchased AfterShot 3 recently with my last upgrade, and have updated to the Pro version even more recently. See, you can teach an old dog new tricks!
Hi when you were explaining the function along the bottom you didn’t explain the pad lock in blue and the triangle in yellow with the ! Mark in it. I would like to know what these are and how and when to use them. Really enjoyed the tutorial. Ray
Corel AfterShot Pro 3 (64-bit), I let it pass my firewall, and it said update available on both the Linux desktop and Microsoft Windows. Windows needed the security level set to default and it needed privacy level set to default to allow a JavaScript installation. When I set these options on the Windows system it logged me off of my network without asking. I was logged out of Samba and automatically locked out of the network. When I got the workstation up by itself it asked me for my serial number which was on the network Samba which I had been automatically locked out of because of the rebooting without asking me for permission. Corel you will never be on any of my computers ever again.
The Apple Mac version is terrible. The windows version has problems also with not showing you photographs which are in that folder. They keep on saying that they know about this problem and they recommend that you go into preferences and un-click the box which says create preview. Although that does not work most of the time either. CPU it says for "thrill seekers only threads to used for CPU interactive processing" it says 24 and that is what the computer actually is so it does not seem to even recognise hardware. The Linux desktop version works better but that is I believe because the program was originally a Linux desktop program called "bibble." I purchased all 3 versions of Corel AfterShot Pro 3, the Apple version I do not like and the windows version I do not like. The RAW rendering is terrible. I also purchased the Corel PaintShop Pro for Windows. This company is really losing its way their products are not improving they are actually getting worse.
Dear Lady, thanks for trying to give us an education on this program. However, like others have commented already, I, too found the sound quality unbearable and soon gave up listening. Please understand that the nasal sounds in your voice did not allow for good comprehension of your presentation. Perhaps the mic cover would help reduce this..........don't know as I am not a sound engineer. You tried, and for that you are due a thanks for the effort.
it's not her voice. It's solely the mic she is using. For someone who shoots photos with a decent quality camera you'd think she would understand audio too but I guess if she's only into still photos and not videos it's understandable.
Susan this was the most comprehensive webinar yet you really know your stuff thanks
I am a new user of Aftershot . This video was very useful, thanks !

Thank you for an informative presentation. As a result of this I have now purchased the Pro version.
Thank you! I had this software for a few years now and just now and just now I learned some useful features.

This sound quality is exhausting.
I can't even follow along the voice is really annoying and the fact you hear her breathing. OMG
I was thinking the same thing. Can't watch this.
