WTH- Raven Feeds Smaller Bird - Different Species - Brood Parasitism ? (One species raises another)

    There's no anger, just a hungry youngster. Looks like a Grackle. Cow birds will put their eggs in other species nest and get raised by the fooled species. We see Grackles and Starlings raising cow bird youngsters every year.

    That is not a raven or a crow, looks like some sort of blackbird or a grackle (probably still related to crows). The smaller one is likely a young female of the same species. As in the big one is her dad.
    Eurasian blackbirds are colored like that, black male and brown female. Grackles as well. Most likely grackles. Pretty cool, they don't live around me.

    Most birds show sexual dimorphism, meaning the males and females are different colors. I research birds, and these look like Grackles, possibly Great-Tailed Grackles, and the females tend to be light to dark brown. This could easily be a courtship between a mating pair, or a father bird feeding it's fledgling. Hope this helps!
