    Great video!! Love the in depth review and modifications needed to make it suitable for you.
    Very timely as I’ve been running my pole position on buddy club rails with hard dog for about 13 years now. I think this will be a great upgrade.
    Any thoughts why you chose the slide version over the static mount?

      When I autocross, I like to sit on top of the steering wheel more for better visibility of the course/cones. On track I need to slide all the way back for maximum leg room to be able to heel toe downshift. Hope this helps, thanks for the comment man!

    How do I deal with the seat position sensor in a 06+ AP2?

    beautifully edited videos man. Thank you. With this setup, how much of a height seat drop compared to oem would you say you have? Also what rollbar is that in the back?

      @NAUS2K  6 หลายเดือนก่อน

      It’s about 3 inches lower than the stock seat. Huge difference. The rollbar is a harddog double diagonal , I have a full detailed install video on my channel on the rollbar, check out my ap1 playlist on my channel!

    Im 6'2 187 longer legs then torso. Ive been thinking id need to swap the wheel for leg clerance but are you ok with just the lower pole position with the wheel in the stock position. I know there are also steering wheel spacers that push the oem wheel out 2 inch as well

      Would be nice to have the oem wheel a little closer to me , however I’m fine with it. The driving position in this car is phenomenal for me now

      @NAUS2K got it not sure if you ever considered it but they make oem steering wheel spacers that push out the wheel 2 inchs and retain the factory airbags and clock spring i think that with the flat oem style d bottom steering wheel would make it easier as well. I have a ton of head clearance for my hard top in the stock seats but my legs can't move at all to heel toe due to the steering position. Did you ever try to bys lower rails. I can't afford a racaro/qrt but I've been looking into a corbeau seat

    So all in all would you recommend this to someone who already has the buddy club rail? It seems that it goes just as low, but the advantage is the build quality is better? Also, how much hammering did you do to the floor? I have my pole position setup with the finger gap under the back, I assume you only need 1/4" hammered down on the floor to make the seat work on the lower setting

      If your buddy clubs start to have play develop like mine did I’d say yes go for the pci, the mods I made here were pretty minor all things considered. I just took a dead blow hammer the that hump a couple years back, I got it lower but wasn’t a huge change. Just enough
