Sir is originally a resident of Surajpur, a small district of Chhattisgarh, whose financial condition was very weak. After some of his father's land went to Coal India Company, his father got a job as a labour in Coal India and after that the financial condition of the house started improving. Sir took admission in IIT in his first attempt, after that he worked in the same company in which his father was a labour. Then he left that job and started preparing for UPSC and got 22nd rank in IES in his first attempt, the next year he got 172 rank in UPSC and became IRS and then in 2020 IPS who is currently City CP in Bilaspur
