Wish I had the money to get that many postcards I got 500 post cards and 500 business cards and I’m handing them all out myself targeting high income households and middle range also for siding and concrete and wood everything you guys do I’ve landed about 2 jobs so far and I’ve been to about 100 houses I just officially started my business last week and I’m all for it and I want it to go fatter and become something I do every day love hearing feedback from clients and then saying looks amazing or stuff that like and that’s what gives me hope thank you for all of your videos by the way have been watching them to help me out with what I need
That company wouldn’t talk to me till I spend $7000 a month for three months. Your best bet is to go to local printer you know and have as many you print off yourself and then stamp them label. Whatever it takes even if you have to drive around the neighborhood right down thestreet pull it up on your cell phone and get the ZIP Code if you don’t already know it but the price they were quoting was $7000 for one man operation that’s a lot of money

LeadKuma charges 3200, plus they send you a 200 dollar discount for every order for repeat customers. I used Postmania and several other places. LeadKuma is cheaper and better in my honest opinion.

Captured contact info on half of them (234) closed 30% of those with first contact (72 closed plus data captured). So in short 4 campaigns of 5,000 post cards generated 72 jobs, allegedly. Plus the data captured to market to and possibly close later.
1-2 closes per 100 sounds pretty high to me. I wouldn't expect someone to get 100-200 customers from a 10,000 mailing campaign. At least not from my experience personally or from what I've heard. Not trying to throw shade just wondering if you know something I don't or maybe I am not understanding the stats correctly.
I gave Justin an email last night with some recommendations. On The app, I use one that goes from estimate to contracts, and they sign them digitally and once the jobs done I push a button and it convert's to a invoice.
@@devinstoeger4795 Hearth, I use it for my contractor mobility. But they charge 1200 a year to use the program, I initially got into it for the lender side of it. Hearth is a lending partner so we can say we offer financing to our clients. I think Quite IQ would be much better fit for the pressure service and softwash side but still have those elements would go far for the App.

hi Mike I haven't had time to look at quoteiq because I'm struggling on getting my first customer but I was wondering on the app is there a spot on there where for example a customer wanted a roof cleaning job is there a spot on there where you can type in the customer address and click on the roof and it shows the customers what there sq footage is and you can give them a price on it I know that would come in handy for some people like me that has a hard time measuring anything out to get the square footage

You allow all kind of fun things, right? But a person chooses to do a job that scares you, and you say the government needs to control you. Its sad how much people love power over others. Now you know why dictators get voted into power so often. Its always "safety" over freedom. And I definitely am thinking of safety stuff for jobs, where it is practical. But how about focus on controlling yourself and not others.

And leads are not sales so you got what 20 calls and closed 30%? so like what 6 jobs? my guess. probably 1.5K per wave x 4= 6K campaign figure average job is 800? hell, make it 1K. You made the design yourself you broke it even if not it's a loss.

I use to detail cars I put pressure washing on my services I landed a 500 pool deck bbq and driveway job I was tipped $50 it took me 3 hrs with my auto detailing $139 my liance from Amazon I realized if I had a better set up I would of been done in 45 minutes it's been one year today and I now own a 10 k pressure washer trailer set-up that I built over the last year IV also been putting thousands aside for marketing and I have 2000 bandit signs in my closet ECT from here on out it's all about marketing marketing marketing this quote iq is looking genius ima for sure try it out for sure keep in mind I make decent money as of now with my other businesses yes it took me a year to slowly build a southeast softwash type of build but I should see that back in a month after I start bombarding my community with advertisement my only recommendation for newbies is your essentially a sales man if you can talk as slick as all about pressure washing and forever self employed then get a note pad out write a script write down rebuttals and practice just like i did my first day at a call center a week later I could talk you out of your socks on the phone just practice your dialogue itl make you sound more professional than you are and land you sales you will have a lot of confidence when quoting because you already know what your gonna say good luck to everyone and their business adventures I wish you much success.

There is a free version that has limited functionality - but honestly if you can't afford $1 a day for your business - it's not for you.
