I was reading this topic yesterday and one of your issue was written about. I think it was pointed too the clutch but for your issue I would definitely get an OBD reader and find the fault using it. It may be the solenoids or the pressure fault off the mechatronics. Get the codes and look them up.
@@coolvinay I would put 0.9 because if you follow the procedure like in this video there will be liquid will stay inside whatever you do :) ( if you are not going to open mech plate / cover) Nevertheless i wont recommend to change mech oil as you can see in the video even after years that oil looks ok. (its not a friction oil. Its the liquid for filling unit/canals/lines in mechatronic ) One last point in the repair manuel dq200 gearbox has no maintenance on mechatronic unit.
Imagine yourself frying potatoes chips in same oil lifetimely because the brand says is a lifetime oil lol. Car manufacturers do a lot money with aftersales, so they use a lot the life time thing
Good question when the manufacturer says lifetime fluid it means average lifetime of the transmission which is 100,000 miles give or take.It doesnt mean forever because obviously it will degrade and wear with time and use so I recommend changing it every 60k kms to keep everything happy and OEM oils ofcourse
I didn't manage to remove it either. I had to remove the starter to get to the filler plug underneath. It was a bit fiddly. Especially the lower screw that holds the starter into place. Those screws have 16mm heads.

DQ200 < 250 nm
So why is the dealership telling me there is no oil that can be changed on dq200???

This is not a DQ200 Gearbox, the DQ 200 uses dry gears.
