A great video ! How you've solved the symmetry issue of saddle stays is awesome. May I request if you can make a video only on the design of saddle stays - or you should just patent it first !
I would recommend you change the grab rails or top stock mount to something else. The stock is very brittle one crash it just breaks like plastic. Preferably made of mild steel
I haven't covered the levers because they are cheap adjustable levers that are not safe, they became loose on several occasions and caused danger. I have fixed them with epoxy
Just did a 1k kms with decent luggage on Indian roads. Other than a little bit of a power factor she was amazing. Also the new variant claims to have much smoother and one bhp more you will noy regret her. Also thank you artnwheels love from India

Because I do feel is it abnormal or only just soft front end suspension?
No I don't but you might want to get your front suspension checked maybe one of the fork's balance is off.
