Have been driving an Edition one ForTwo electric for 2.5y now. AMAZING car - so nippy, enjoyable and comfortable. Turns on a sixpence and you can slot it into the smallest parking spaces. Amazing how much shopping you can get in it as well - especially with the ‘Range Rover’ split tail gate. Love it !!
How did you find the noise level when driving, I also have a 22 plate and believe was one of the last to be imported because they stopped making them. Mine has a terrible noise coming from the area by my right ear, almost like a pressure wave as I can’t seem to record the sound it makes, I reported this noise within a couple of days of buying it, I know it cannot be the design of the car because this is my 5th Smart Fortwo and the last one was the Edition White in the same body as this. When driving on newly laid tarmac the sound almost disappears otherwise it’s constantly droning away. My local Mercedes dealership says that mine is one of the quieter ones and say they are in communication with Smart but I’m beginning to realise they can’t be bothered because they no longer sell Smart cars.

All the gubbins exactly the same as my one which is petrol, right down to the key, which in the electric version is absolutely ridiculous.
