Muskol works for the flies, even NFLD flies I find. Lessens the irritation but they still hang around your head.
So many times fishing ponds in NFLD we got a couple trout then spent hours paddling the pond then went back to the original spot later and limited out.
Lookes like your on the west coast there buddy. If you are should try rocky pond
On the east coast actually. Wouldnt mind trying the west coast though
If you come over let me know I'll show you some wicket spots
flies will carry ya away. been maggoty for a few weeks, im hunkering down for another week or two before i goes out again
