What fun, a beautiful day to fish on the water, nice to see the cod, and good time with your parents, well that's a first I seen fish eat haddock and I know some eat their own, but never saw that one before, pretty amazing, going to be some good meals.
No such thing as is that a keeper we are spose to keep them all tell u limit out.
I had a few from the beach here to ight in outer cove st.johns area even caught a 3 ft sting ray great weekend for it

It seems a lot of the trout you keep are very small!
They are between 8 and 13 inches. No size limit on brook trout.
What is the watch for on your wrist? I see you always pressing a button? Sorry I'm thinking I SHOULD know this! Lol I'm thinking to keep count of the fish??

A wonderful way to spend an evening for sure!! I've even got a grouse on the back side of my fence...not sure if there is a nest nearby or just a trail to pass through...cool to here them though.

What a spot buddy
Muskol works for the flies, even NFLD flies I find. Lessens the irritation but they still hang around your head.
So many times fishing ponds in NFLD we got a couple trout then spent hours paddling the pond then went back to the original spot later and limited out.
Lookes like your on the west coast there buddy. If you are should try rocky pond
On the east coast actually. Wouldnt mind trying the west coast though

It was last used by the fish plant until it closed.

@@NLviking6453 my best video for views was last Sunmer fishing in Twillingate so hope to do that again this year lol. Was also hoping for a moose license but unsuccessful this year in getting a license. Same here likes it all outdoors even it's just a boil up, which I have a lot of lol.

How do u like using the kayak and what type is it and wait can it carry
Using the kayak is great. Can get places where my aluminum boat cant. Its a pelican maxim100 nxt. Its rated for 275lbs
I wouldn't go out alone without a life jacket either my buddy, Looks like a nice trail well maintained , lots a trout and half dozen pan size ones for a meal that sound like a winning day to me
