I see you used legacy mode in the Bios for the boot option, so I was curious if your Win.10 USB was formatted in UEFI or MBR using Rufus? Microsoft no longer allows Legacy/MBR Win.10 installations using the media creation tool since a couple of builds ago, only UEFI.
I used iso file of windows 10 then using Rufus I copied that file. Once u have iso file of windows install Rufus and the software will do format and copying process

Worked like a charm. Those who get the Window install loop be sure and take your USB drive out when the first restart starts.
