I got a pixel 2 last summer on a bargain(about 90€) brand new. One year later i am very satisfied. Very good camera, even if it's a single camera, can handle pretty good everything i throw at him and the most important it's its size! Nowadays the phones are like tablets that don't even fit in my pocket. As far for the battery usage i can make at least 3.5-4 hours onscreen and some days 5...! Ok its less than 3000mah but if you are fully charged and you are not a heavy user, it will make it through the day 9/10.
I remember having this phone new and I could have the phone last all day. The only reason it drains so fast now is because the battery has degraded so much that it loses charge faster

Would be worth replacing the battery I would say, sad that you have yours locked but with unlocked Pixel 2 you can using a Android 14 custom rom

Could you install the evolution x rom on a Google Pixel 5 and tell us how it goes, what's new about the rom and how it's going?
