@@frafraplanner9277 California doesn’t use bi-modal arrows unfortunately. But it’s pretty common in Oregon and other US states like Pennsylvania or Georgia. Oklahoma has some too.
@@mgman6000 it’s really popping up everywhere though this rare type of traffic light has been occupying Portland ever since since this year. But Portland is starting to switch back back to standard lights because they thought that a flashing yellow would be confusing to drivers.
