Mushroom Heaven - Foraging Tasty Matsutake Pine Mushrooms

The best eating mushrooms in my opinion are matsutake pine mushrooms. They taste great stir fried, in soups or grilled. My brother Seth and I venture one last time on a brisk cold day before Thanksgiving to bring home these delectable goodies.
