All I care about is gameplay, idc about anything else. I want a fun authentic football experience and tbh this looks very promising. But EA will not trick me again. I’ll wait till the reviews come out before I buy.
If it’s anything like college, which it looks like it is then the gameplay will be way better.

This might be the best madden since 08 and they didn’t move how they do now so realistic
Madden need to add the ability to evade tackles as a QB in the pocket. For example when you play with a QB like Josh Allen you should be able to press the L1/LB button to push a defender off you and if you play with a smaller QB like Russ Or Kyler When you Press L1/LB you should be able to duck under defenders with the right timing
I’ll buy Madden eventually but I am in no rush as EA CFB 25 is so much fun. Glad we have the variety of options back to us.

What the heck are you talking about?? it’s fast gameplay, It’s fun,It’s “stickier”, the presentation is years beyond Madden, dynasty is super in depth… all the things I just named are way better than Madden, but that makes it mid? As someone whose avoided Madden for years, this looks pretty fire. Everything being more physics based is a huge step in the right direction.

Have you played college 25? It’s way more physics based then any madden game the past 10 years. It looks like this gameplay is very similar.
I'm really enjoying cfb 25 but what I played from the madden 25 beta felt more polished to me than cfb 25 gameplay wise. I hope both games will be great
How similar is it? I may buy the game to import my draft classes old school style if that's a feature
@@marine76aunfortunately can't export your draft classes due to legal issues, you can do that for your player in road to glory at least
This is good news, I held off on getting the new madden to see if they would make any improvements to the gameplay like CFB 25 did over past maddens

@@Chiefland7 internal competition is still good, neither dev team wants to be outdone by the other.
It's a little sad Madden had to wait until NCAA showcased some really nice tech and gameplay improvements to get on board. However, friendly competition will help make bigger game play improvements for years to come. I see automsphere being on the docket for next year, Madden. Now that they are getting gameplay improvements out the way.

@@TheMegaBucks explain yourself? I own mostly every Madden since the beginning of the franchise. They integrated a whole new system: tackling, movements, better blocking, all new catches, smarter Ai, etc..
Another year of OP X factors and abilities. Remove OP X factors like CFB
Crazy all those moves on ball carrier revamp were on NFL 2K5 and worked damn good especially the stutter step

NO CAP .. I’m a FIFA guy .. but the last time I played Madden was on Nintendo 64 lol was thinking about trying it bc of the hype of NCAA , and being able to transfer ur guy from college to the pros seems cool.
Definitely agree about the field sense. 25 Beta felt amazing! Honestly, since Madden was introduced to current generation systems its been pretty solid and getting better every year. College football is pretty solid as well with a few things like sim stats, rankings, etc needing some tweaking. Yo, that skip step juke tho, how do you do that in College? Is it the same thing with the right trigger? I haven't seen any of it yet, I'm pressing the left trigger attempting to modify my moves.
I love CFB, but madden is always a little better to me. Football season is coming fast, and playing both games have my adrenaline pumping
I don't care what EA says about tackling or any other gameplay feature. I need to see it in action that's NOT B Roll footage.
EA has been known to embellish and over sell features in their game.
How would it matter what they said when everyone already felt it in the beta. Its already been experienced.
I hope they have more equipment options like armband placement, sock heights, black cleat options for teams that mostly wear white cleats with color, etc
Or have the kicker wear two different shoes, like some kickers actually do.
Yes, some people think we're autistic, but it's little details like that, that matter.
It would be nice if they did but this is EA. For the past 15 years or so the NFL has the punters as holders on field goals and they won't even fix that. However they added new fake field goal plays and switched to the new kickoff rules.

Ngl madden is still alive from this. Scoreboard looks amazing. Gameplay looks smooth. Graphics are much improved. Players don’t all look the same size. Huge W from just the small things. Looks really good EA
That blocking looks promising, I've seen a lot of ppl criticize the blocking yet they drop bk too far and hold the ball too long
My issue is they test it over very cookie cutter defenses. Test it with two players with adjustments to each side of the ball.
Some of the shots look pretty lifelike, esp the side/tv view.
Still no halftime show presentation ?
I’m sure the sideline players weren’t touched once again, same terrible Super Bowl celebration. Bringing back old features, selling them as new.
I love the ESPN MNF style score ticker. That alone makes me want the game LOL
Me too and I just bought a PS5 and pre-ordered Madden last week
Ngl if they add the same thing as they did in college football this game will be good, if they can just add more features into the modes, less microtransaction and actually caring then this game will be good

Idk yet if I’ll get it. I haven’t bought Madden since Madden 20… I have tried every Madden but haven’t bought it full price since 20. I can honestly say on this Madden I think it has improved a lot on gameplay. I think graphics have takin a step up since Madden 22. The player movement looks the best we have ever have possibly. The game hasn’t felt good to me since like Madden 17 imo. The best thing I can say though is the different run styles and player details before the snap. It’s small change but makes it more realistic and very immersive. This might be the game I finally get back to Madden football. I have been playing Madden 17, 25, and 13 along with older titles such as Madden 05,07. It would be nice to see a Madden game back and at it again that everyone seems to like. I thought it would be Madden 23 and 24 and it just wasn’t honestly.
Now my question is are they going to integrate ncaa into Madden? I want to see my bois make it to the league
Now I'm officially hyped for Madden. I pre-ordered as part of the MVP bundle with CFB 25 but now I'm hyped for it. I'm glad that the teams are working closer together. It felt like NCAA Football didn't advance, especially in terms of audibles and pre-play mechanics as far as Madden was going in terms of complexity. Going from one to the other always felt jarring. Gameplay wise, they will and should always feel different but the basic control mechanics being the same is definitely nice.
As a purchaser of the game since Madden 2003, I'm not one of these hyper emotional players who complain about the game or even really into criticizing EA. I definitely don't care about creators who use their channels to criticize the game. The game has definitely improved over time, maybe not year to year every year but when you look at the game over 5-7 years, it's better.

Maddens bar is so low, anything looks like an improvement. I haven't bought Madden with my own money since 2012, and I'll wait on this one. Happy with CFB25 though. If Madden is similar to cfb, it'll definitely be on my radar

So far feel like it's going to be a lot of broken tackles the defense are not even wrapping up and they're just doing this pinball animation... In what world do the QB know whose blitzing before the play. They may have a hunch but they do not know for sure whose blitzing.

Is Madden going to have the new NCAA throw meter? I actually quite enjoy the NCAA throw meter so it would be cool if it stayed in Madden
In other words, it's College Football 25 with professional teams. CF 25 was nothing more than a beta for Madden. Hopefully the list of issues from CF 25 will be fixed when this game comes out.

played the beta and played CFB 25, completely different feels. Maddens gameplay was also better as far as realism and it wasn’t even really close…

haha, no, not even close, i played the beta of Madden 25 for 72 hours and I've played EA college football 25 for 88 hours, and they are very different games

They added Jalen Hurts low stance. Too bad he revealed that he has the low stance because of the way Jason Kelce snaps the ball. New center might change his stance.
I played the beta at the beginning of this month and I gotta say if felt smooth and played well
Speaking on the ball carrier balance for example I was able to hurdle a player then bounce off a tackler for more yards
I hope they have improved presentation it’s one thing that greatly needs improvement, even the college games presentation has some issues I play as usc and see the same game ending animation every game and why is it the same presentation the same for winning a conference championship as it is a playoff game, and the national championship animations were disappointing
The gameplay will be the same as CFB 25, I just hope Franchise mode takes a big step up
Maybe but considering that I believe a point of emphasis was to make the two games feel different with both gameplay and UI. I have high expectations of Madden after the last few years. They've been getting a lot better.

NFL has too many restrictions for this game to be fun, no pants above knees, no scrunch sock, required to wear tights and the player models still look goofy as fuck as well as the way some of the helmets fit on players head especially the axiom helmet.

Would %100 win the market if they did it right. No pay walls, stat increase to 99 through experience gained only. would have to find balance in player stats though like NBA games do.

I’ve played both love college 25 got deluxe it’s been one of the best games to date but madden made it like watching a real nfl game and loved customization in beta wil definitely be the best madden for sure in awhile!

For everyone that thinks Madden is going to grow on sales is delusional. It’s all about timing. CFB hasn’t been out in over 10 years so the new one is going to have a life cycle longer than a few months with a lot of people saying “I’m playing CFB why should I get madden?” There is a reason why EA tried to pair CFB and Madden in preorders
The NFL is bigger than all of that, you'll see.
CFB has a much smaller target population than the NFL. Even back then, Madden outsold NCAA games usually even though many people believed that NCAA was a better version of Madden

I feel like they need to improve wrapping up on tackles and using hands/grip to grab jerseys and slow the ball carrier. That would make the game next level.
