Hey Arduino fans! Get ready to take your audio projects to the next level with the RedBoard Qwiic with the mp3 player shield. This amazing little board makes it easy to add motion activation and random shuffle to your MP3 projects.
Imagine a world where your music turns on automatically when you enter a room, or where your sound effects play randomly in response to your movements. With the RedBoard Qwiic and the mp3 player shield, all of this is possible!
To get started, simply connect your Qwiic devices to your RedBoard Qwiic with mp3 player shield. Then, upload your sketch and some MP3 files to the board's microSD card. Once everything is set up, the board will automatically start playing music when the motion sensor is triggered.
Want to add a little variety to your audio project? We also added a random shuffle feature to our Sparkfun QwiicBoard project. This means that the board will randomly select and play MP3 files from the microSD card.
To enable random shuffle, simply press the button on the breakout board. The board will then start playing MP3 files in a random order. You can press the button again at any time to stop random shuffle and toggle over to motion activated mp3 tracks.
This board is perfect for a wide variety of audio projects, such as:
