Schutzdienst - The German Rottweiler Sport

The Schutzhund Sport was developed in Germany in the late 1800s, the first official championships were held in 1906. Schutzhund is to test whether the German Dogs exhibit the traits necessary for police-type work. In this video the Schutzdienst is portrayed, it is the third phase of the Schutzhund sport, the protection phase. The first phase is tracking and the second one is obedience.
