I like your videos a lot. Caramel kheer is my favourite. I want to comment if you don't mind. 1. When we cook kheer in a pressure cooker (good idea though) while coming out milk when boiled, there is a remote chance of trapping rice grain in pressure, (weight of cooker) causing blockage of steam. 2. Using small cardamom (Ilaichi) and screw-pine essense (Rooh kewra) are wonderful for kheer, but if vanilla essence is used instead, it gives the best taste.
