Moved here at family request. I’m a Boomer originally from Cleveland,OH. (Suburbs), however I arrived here from Atlanta, Ga. So I’m both old school with the spirit of southern hospitality. I must say that my experience with people here, particularly when it comes to B&W people’s relations is that these are the most racist, downright hateful people I’ve ever encountered. Just mean for no reason! I work in the hospitality industry and most of the restaurants that I’ve worked at up here were just filthy. These people have a high tolerance for filth. The cooks mostly are not trained and you can ‘t tell them anything. Unreal experience and looking to escape asap!
We have the mountains, the city and the shore, the best restaurants and medical available along with excellent sports. Downside, taxes the cold and traffic. I live in northwest Jersey and love it!
